What does Hotel Express International membership offer?
Upon buying the membership, members receive a Hotel Express Gold card with validity period of one year and a Hotel Directory with all participating hotels listed. The membership guarantees a free reservation service and access to 4000 hotels worldwide.

Yes it is ,if the family takes one room or an apartment.
Is it possible for a company use the card?
The card is personal. Card owners can use double or triple rooms or apartments and stay with colleagues, friends or relatives that do not possess cards for discounts.
Are there any price discounts for large amount bought by a company?
Yes there are. For the price discounts of large amount of cards you should connect to local Hotel Express Office.
Are the hotels obligated always to offer a room ?
No. The hotels confirm the reservations if there are available rooms during the period you have chosen. Anyway most hotels are not fully booked all year. 80-85% of reservations are successful .Earlier reservations increase the probability of available rooms.
If there are any seasonal promotions at definite hotels what rate will I receive?
Each card owner gives the standard room rate discount. Hotels are obliged to offer the lowest possible price to HEI members.
Is it necessary to make a reservation in advance?
The reservation and its written confirmation guarantee the discount. Otherwise there is no guarantee that the hotel will give you the discount.
Who makes the reservation?
Club members can make reservations by themselves or through the local HEI office. When they make reservations on themselves they should identify themselves as HEI members, give the Hotel Express card number as well as credit card number and ask for confirmation. How long time before traveling should I make my reservation?
You can check availability any time. We strongly recommend to make reservations 2-3 weeks before check-in date..

When card period expires you should apply for renewal. You can do this via this site , by phone, fax or e-mail.
